How I handle what you send me.

Last updated , added the feedback form

The short version: when you use the contact form, your message is emailed to me so I can reply. When you use the feedback form, your answers are emailed to me so I can improve, and you can send them without your name. I don't sell any of it, I don't share it, and this site has no advertising trackers.

Who runs this site

This site belongs to me, Nikola Yanev. I run DigitalRepeal from Chicago. If you have a question about this page or about your information, email me at digitalrepeal08@gmail.com.

What the contact form collects

When you fill in the Work with me form and press send, it passes along:

To slow down spam, the site also keeps a short count of recent sends from your IP address. That count lives only in the server's memory and is never written anywhere.

Why I ask for it

Only so I can reply to you and talk about working together. That's it.

How it gets to me

When you press send, the site hands your message to an email delivery service called Resend, which emails it to my inbox. My inbox is Gmail, run by Google. Both handle that email under their own privacy policies.

The site itself does not save your message in a database.

Who else sees it

Nobody else, apart from the email services that deliver it. I don't sell what you send or share it with anyone, and there are no advertising trackers on this site.

Two services are part of every visit. The site is hosted on Vercel, and its fonts load from Google Fonts. Like any web request, they see your IP address and basic browser details when your browser loads the page.

The feedback form

The Help me get better form asks what you thought of this site and of how I work. Here is what happens with it.

Anonymous means the form does not send me your name or email. It sends only your answers. If you write your name inside an answer, I will see it there.

Like any website, the server sees your IP address, both to deliver the page and to slow down spam on this form. I don't keep it. The spam check holds it in the server's memory for about ten minutes to count recent sends, and never writes it anywhere. It is not in the email I get. The host, Vercel, may keep standard server logs.

The form is for people 18 or older, and it asks you to confirm that before you start.

Your answers are emailed to my inbox the same way as the contact form, through Resend to Gmail. The site does not save them in a database. I use them only to improve my work and this site.

To have your feedback deleted, email me at digitalrepeal08@gmail.com. If you sent it anonymously, tell me roughly when you sent it and something you wrote, so I can find it.

How long I keep it

As long as we are in touch. After that, I delete it when you ask me to, or when I no longer need it.

Your choices

You can ask me to show you what you sent, correct it, or delete it. Just email digitalrepeal08@gmail.com.
